We work to your drawings, or tidy them up first if they need it. Either way you get a straight answer on what is achievable, what it costs and when it will be ready.
A lot of this work is for other agencies, fabricators and production companies who need capacity or a process they do not have in-house. We are used to working quietly in the background.
Why we are good at this
The machines are here and so are the people who run them. Nothing gets sent out to a third party, so nothing sits in somebody else's queue waiting for a slot.
Accuracy matters more than speed on this kind of work, and a CNC is only as good as the preparation behind it. We set the files up properly so the parts fit together first time.
Finishing is where most fabrication jobs are won or lost. A good spray finish makes a plain build look considered. A bad one makes an expensive build look cheap.
And because we build complete projects too, we know how components get handled, transported and assembled on site. That tends to show in how they are made.

Yes. Send us what you have, in whatever format it is in. If the files need preparing for CNC we will do that as part of the job rather than sending them back.
Mostly timber and sheet materials, with the fixings, hardware and framework that go with them. If you are not sure whether something is suitable, ask and we will tell you straight.
