Two printers, six months, no outsourcing
We have had two Elegoo OrangeStorm Giga printers running in-house for the last six months. They are large-format machines, built for this kind of work rather than desktop hobby printing.
Because it is in-house, there is no waiting on a third-party print bureau and no lead time added to your build schedule. We can run both machines in parallel, print alongside the rest of the build, and fit printing around your deadline rather than someone else's.
What we have been printing
Large-format bottles for beauty activations
Beauty brands running activations often need oversized product replicas: bottles well beyond anything a standard printer or a mould could produce quickly. We have been printing these at full scale, in one piece where the design allows it, as part of stands and activations we are already building.
The Formula One light housings
For one exhibition stand, the brief called for Formula One style lighting. Rather than buy in a fixture that did not quite fit the design, we 3D printed the light housings ourselves, built to the exact shape and size the stand needed, and fitted them with LEDs we already had in stock.
It meant the lighting looked exactly right rather than close enough, it cost a fraction of a bespoke fixture, and there was no lead time waiting on a supplier. That is the kind of problem the printers are best at solving: a specific part, made to fit, on our own timeline.
Parts for our own builds
A lot of what goes through the printers never makes it in front of a customer. Brackets, fixings, jigs and one-off components for our own exhibition stands, sets and joinery, printed as we need them rather than bought in or waited on.

Every job is quoted individually once we know what you need. If it needs design or artwork first, that is costed separately and included in the quote.
