Exhibition stand build at CBS Arena
Premier Woodshop designed and built a 4m x 4m custom exhibition stand for a beauty brand at Coventry Building Society Arena in October 2026.
The Brief
Venue: Coventry Building Society Arena
Date: October 2026
The stand footprint measured 4m x 4m. The fabrication included a curved architectural entrance, a reception counter with integrated lighting and product displays, three large mirrored alcoves with neon framing, wall sections and coordinated flooring.
All elements were spray-finished to specified Pantone colours. Installation took place in October 2026, with one year of storage arranged following the event.
Curved entrance and wall sections
Three wall sections formed the back and sides. The rear section measured 4m wide built with offset panels and mirrors, spray-finished to two Pantone colours. The side sections measured 3m wide x 300mm deep, finished in coordinated shades. The rear wall featured three large arched mirror openings, each framed with pink neon tubing, and a white neon logo. Vinyl stripes were applied to the side wall surface.
Reception counter and displays
A separate product display step unit in white spray finish sat on the larger counter section. The front was finished with a vinyl logo.
Flooring and finishing
White LED lighting was installed under the floor edges. A digital signage package was connected to display content. Power was distributed and exhibition lighting was connected. Product glorifiers and display surfaces were positioned across the counter and step unit.
