The Brief
Event: Beauty Trade Show 2025
Venue: Silverstone Circuit
Date: 4–5 June 2025 Revolution Beauty tasked Premier Woodshop with delivering a high-impact yet compact exhibition stand at the Beauty Trade Show 2025. The design needed to capture the brand's bold and vibrant character while accommodating digital displays, branded games, and retail-style product showcasing all within a 3x3m space.

Pre-Event Preperation
Panel Fabrication & Graphics
Wall panels were stripped, rewrapped in white leatherette, and matched to final brand artwork. Ten square metres of graphic prints were laminated and packed for precise alignment on-site.
Joinery & Display Features
The 400mm x 400mm x 1000mm branded storage counter and twin plinths were fabricated and painted in-house, ready for brand logo application and final wrap. “Spin the Wheel” graphics were custom printed to spec.
AV & Accessories
A Samsung 65" LED screen and Unicol stand were reserved, tested, and packed with a PLW1 bracket for on-site assembly. Lighting kits (4 heads) were also staged for installation.
Flooring & Setup Planning
Four linear metres of 2131 Pewter grey carpet were cut to fit and prepped with recycling certification. Crew schedules, van loading plans, and sustenance allowances were finalised for a two-phase install and de-rig.
On-Site Execution
Build & Brand Integration
The team began by laying grey carpet flooring and setting up wall panels and prints. Panel joins were aligned and hidden behind print seams, delivering a flush finish.
Product Displays & AV Setup
The storage counter, plinths, and "Spin the Wheel" unit were placed and dressed with final brand graphics. The LED screen was mounted securely to the Unicol stand and tested for seamless playback.
Lighting & Finishing Touches
Lighting was deployed evenly across the stand using adjustable exhibition fittings. In coordination with Revolution's representatives, final cleaning, cable routing, and sign-off checks were completed.
Post-Event Wrap-Up
De-Rig
The team returned on 5 June for takedown. AV and furniture were safely packed, while reusable panels and structures were returned to Premier Woodshop inventory.
Final Check & Client Liaison
All equipment was logged and accounted for, and confirmation was sent to the client. The event closed successfully, with positive feedback noted during the wrap-up.

Revolution Beauty praised the stand's energy, layout, and finish. The "Spin the Wheel" activation and AV features proved popular with attendees, while the bold branding stood out in a competitive exhibition environment. The team noted a smooth setup and excellent communication throughout.
