The stage is what everyone sees. It sets the feel for the whole event, so it needs to land. We work closely with production teams and event managers to make sure the set works with the AV, the lighting plan and the schedule, not against it.
We handle concept, fabrication, finishing and install. If you need a set that breaks down for transport and rebuilds at multiple venues, we'll engineer it that way from the start.
We also think about the practical stuff that doesn't always make it into the brief. Presenter sight lines. Cable runs that stay hidden. Panels that can be swapped out between sessions for different branding. Monitor hides that look like they belong. The kind of details that make the difference between a set that looks good in photos and one that actually works for the people on stage.
Because we own our own AV kit and build everything in-house, the scenic and the tech are designed together from day one. Screens sit flush, lighting pockets are built into the structure and nothing gets taped on at the last minute. It means a cleaner finish and fewer headaches during get-in.

Our project managers have sat through enough technical rehearsals to know what questions to ask before the build starts. Where are the cameras? What colour is the lighting wash? Does the presenter need to move between zones? That kind of thinking saves time on site and avoids the 'can we just change this' moment at 11pm the night before.
