Client: iManage EMEA LtdEvent: Legal Tech Talk 2025Venue: InterContinental London – The O2Date: 26–27 June 2025 Service Provided: iManage commissioned Premier Woodshop to deliver a high-spec 5m x 5m exhibition stand and lounge area at Legal Tech Talk 2025. The stand required seamless integration of demo screens, storage, and branding within a layout that invited discussion and delivered premium brand presence.

Pre-Event Preperation

Detailed prep began in early June following design approval and stand layout confirmation. Panel Work & PrintBespoke 3m x 1m set panels were constructed to specification, including a centre island with an integrated door unit. 36m² of exhibition print was produced, aligned to client-supplied artwork and scaled for panel application. Flooring & FinishingThe raised subfloor system was assembled using ramped edging and grey 4m-width Pewter carpet, bonded on site. All materials were pre-measured, cut, and prepared for transport. AV & Power LogisticsFour Samsung displays (3x 55", 1x 43") were pre-tested and booked with HDMI distribution via Kramer VM-2HXL units. Cables, splitters, and power boxes were logged and pre-packed for fast deployment. Furniture & Spray FinishesTwo storage counters with overhang top detailing were custom-built and sprayed to match the brand Pantone. Four additional display counters and soft furnishings were sourced for the lounge setup.

On-Site Execution

Premier's team delivered and installed the stand at the InterContinental London – The O2 between 24 and 25 June, ahead of the event opening. Stand Construction & LayoutThe team began with floor and power routing and then constructed the centre island and counter units. AV screens were installed, and the printed panels were wrapped on-site to complete the perimeter. AV & Cable ManagementKramer HDMI units were distributed across the stand to power-sync displays. All cable runs were securely routed under the subfloor to maintain a clean finish. Finishing & Sign-OffCustom-sprayed counters, furniture, and lighting were positioned to finalise the setup. The installation was completed within time, tested, and signed off, and it was ready for the show opening.

Post-Event Wrap-Up

Following the event's conclusion on 27 June, the Premier team returned to dismantle and load out. Efficient De-Rig & ReturnAll panels, AV, cables, and printed surfaces were packed and loaded into the returning vehicle. Inventory was checked on return with no faults reported. Reporting & Close-DownFinal confirmation and invoice completion took place the following week. With over 50% profit margin delivered, the project closed successfully on time and to scope. Client FeedbackiManage expressed strong satisfaction with the overall finish and delivery. Particular praise was given to the high-impact AV display, centre island, and branded counter execution.
