Pre-Event Preperation
Fabrication & Finishing
The bespoke counter unit (1200mm x 400mm x 1000mm) was spray-finished in satin white with a 20% sheen and included lockable rear storage. Panel elements were prepared in-house and wrapped in white leatherette for texture and durability.
Branding & Print
Eight square metres of wall graphics were printed and laminated for application on-site. Final logos were prepared and shipped for installation alongside the structure.
Display Elements
Two 40x40x100cm frosted acrylic plinths were added to elevate hero products. Shelving was also included for layered merchandising options.
Logistics Planning
Transport, crew scheduling, and van loading were finalised ahead of the event, ensuring a streamlined delivery and installation.
On-Site Execution
Structural Assembly
Wall panels and leatherette-wrapped frames were assembled first, forming the stand's outer structure. Printed graphic panels were then aligned and installed to provide full brand coverage.
Furniture Placement
The custom counter was positioned centrally, while plinths and shelving created a clean, multi-height layout for product focus.
Finishing Touches
Lighting checks, cleaning, and final placement were completed on-site before the client walkthrough. This setup did not require all AV and electrical elements, allowing a minimal, product-led finish.
Post-Event Wrap-Up
Derig & Asset Handling
The Premier team efficiently broke down the stand following the show. Rental panels were returned to storage, while the custom counter and printed materials were collected and checked for reuse or return.
Crew Logistics
All equipment was loaded and returned back at Premier HQ the same evening, with no delays or missing components.
