Event: Beauty Trade Show 2025
Venue: Silverstone Circuit
Date: 4–5 June 2025 Anua engaged Premier Woodshop to fabricate and deliver a bespoke exhibition stand for a leading beauty industry trade show. The stand required a clean and immersive space to showcase product ranges, enhance brand identity, and attract high footfall. Key requirements included built-in AV, colour-matched furniture, and signature lighting features to bring the skincare brand to life.

Pre-Event Preperation
With the design confirmed, Premier Woodshop began fabrication and preparation for the live show.
Panel Work & AV Integration
Three custom wall panels were cut and wrapped, including one recessed panel designed to house a 43" Samsung screen at a specified height. All AV was pre-tested with a media player setup and prepared for seamless on-site install.
Furniture Finishing
Pantone 326C was used to finish twin product tables and a slimline unit. These were colour-matched and lacquered for visual consistency, with shelving units and display surfaces built to client spec.
Graphics, Lighting & Flooring
Vinyl flooring was printed and pre-cut with a curved edge to match the stand layout. Branded elements, including a front-lit logo and halo-lit foam bottle, were pre-wired and tested for light consistency.
Packing & Planning
All assets were packed with care, and travel logistics were coordinated to ensure a single delivery. Crew schedules, AV cabling, and power requirements were mapped in advance.
On-Site Execution
Installation at Silverstone took place on 3 June with a two-person crew.
Flooring & Structural Build
Vinyl flooring was laid first, followed by wall assembly with panel alignment checked against AV housing and print orientation.
Lighting & Branding Features
The 43" screen and media player were installed into the recessed panel, and the illuminated bottle and logo were positioned and wired in. Battery-powered lighting units were used to enhance display areas.
Furniture & Finishing Touches
Product tables and shelving were placed according to layout, and pastel ball holders were filled and set. All elements were cleaned and checked before final handover.
Post-Event Wrap-Up
The derig team returned on 5 June to dismantle and collect the build components.
Derig
AV equipment were packed down and returned. Branded items, including signage, furniture, and panels, were preserved for reuse and returned to the Leicester workshop.
