Pre-Event Preperation
With a confirmed brief and layout, the Premier team began detailed pre-event planning and production.
Centre Island & Panel Work
At the stand's core was a bespoke centre island including a feature door unit. The structure was designed for brand visibility and functional interaction.
Flooring & Carpets
A raised subfloor system was constructed using 18mm MDF sheets and edged with ramped trim for a clean finish. The top layer was completed with 10 linear metres of black carpet in mixed widths, cut and bonded on site.
AV Testing & Furniture Coordination
Three 55" and one 43" Samsung screens with HDMI distribution pre-configured using Kramer units were sourced and booked to match the stand style. Poseur tables and white faux leather stools were also sourced and booked.
Print, Packaging & Load Planning
28m² of printed exhibition graphics were produced and reviewed for consistency. All components were safely packed for transport and staged for combined delivery with other builds.
On-Site Execution
Installation began at ExCeL London on 17 June, with Premier's crew arriving on schedule to complete the build within the allocated day.
Stand Construction & Centre Feature
The flooring and centre island were installed first, forming the base for printed walls and AV mounting. The island's height and footprint created a strong visual focal point, enhanced by seamlessly integrating printed surfaces and surrounding furniture.
Technology & Power Setup
LED screens were installed and calibrated, with Kramer HDMI systems allowing synchronised content playback across the stand. All power and cable routing was completed to exhibition safety standards.

Post-Event Wrap-Up
Following a successful show run, the team returned on 21 June to begin takedown and return logistics.
Efficient Breakdown & Inventory Control
All AV, furniture, and graphics were removed and carefully packed. Equipment was checked and returned to stock, with reusable elements logged for potential future reuse.
Final Reporting & Client Confirmation
The event closed with strong feedback from Redgate. A handover and follow-up were completed.
